WorkBay
WorkBay, formerly FlexSpaces, is based out of Draper, Utah and offers a variety of shop spaces for small businesses around the western United States. The company strategically purchases large warehouses and converts them into smaller shops spaces for small business tenants. Each shop bay includes a roll-up door, restroom, heating and cooling, and high voltage electrical. Shop spaces can be customized by the tenants to fit their needs.
